Cant say what TX hides are doing. The ones I get here in Northern Cal. bring $5 from a small up to $25 and even $30 for a really nice one.

In wisconsin this last year i was getting 25 to 30 for early season hides and up to 35 for later season. (Thats for 25 pound plus coon) the smaller ones bring from 10 to 20 sometimes less.

halfbreed, what part of Texas do you live in? down here in southeast Texas we have good sized coon everywhere, I trapped one last winter just messing around and he's hanging on my wall , stretching 32 inches, and have trapped some over 30.
