I agree with Cal Taylor. Dog owners need to teach dogs to stay away from traps. I have had dogs caught in traps, both foothold and conibears and they are no worse for the wear. First hare ran decent before playing on the side of the highway so I was catching dogs with 3 in the box when a hare jumped up within feet of the truck so away they went, I let them 3 run for another half hour before it went to ground under the car.

Took dogs out for a short two hour spin this morning, by 9:30 it was getting warm so I pulled the plug. Pups were able to stay down the whole time so that's a plus.
