Had a Black and Tan older dog and a young pup run a javelina into an old mine shaft in southern Az...the shaft ended and the javelina started slicing and dicing dogs...took 140 stitches to put the young dog back together...after that the old dog would have nothing to do with javelina...the pup still ...

Why would you need a shocker that would reach 2 miles? In my part of the country line of sight is rarely more than a few hunderd yards...I agree 100%...if i don't know for sure they are misbehaving i'm not going to shock them. Most times I can't even hear them 2 miles away.
