Re: Which is easier to catch a male or a female bobcat
David,
Are them statments scientific evidence or no? If we can smell it why can't a hound? As far as saying the dogs can't run a track of a lactating female I don't know what the difference is. Scent is scent. maybe you can elaborat more for me and everyone else. I know if it was legal I would like ...

I had a wildlife replaceable battery collar and never trusted how long the batteries were going to last but other than that it ...

Re: Leo Dollins
Yes Leo has had some health problems for some time now. I have only met leo a couple of times when we went to get some dogs from him. He is a straight shooted and has been around the bush more than a few times.
I would like to say that leo has done a bunch for the plott breed and the sport of ...

Re: Anyone ever use German Shorthair Pointers on Bear ?
My hunting partner has a german wire hair pointer that loves it all. He has treed bear in the back yard and does tree on them. He sure is gritty on coons as he as cought and stretched them in seconds by himself.

Re: HUNTING WOLF'S WITH DOGS ?
we lost one male plott 40lbs last august in wi to wolves and it is not a pretty site. However we did bay one up in sept. One dog and one wolf. I think the wolf was sick or something as it layed right down and didn't attempt to fight or anything. This is not the first one that we have bayed up.
