Re: Email action Alert on the site??

I hope alot of people choose to recieve and then email/call. It is very important for houndsman of all states to work together. Precedents set in any state can/will affect the state we live in. The future of our sport depends on all of us not just a few.

We build warming fires for them and us if possible however sometimes by the time we get them back to the box they are sooo cold. Do you folks notice a difference and what do you do for the dog? I'm not trying to sound like ...

As I wrote to others on here , thanks to guys like you who are willing to share with all of us..I agree about the wool, even wet it's insulating powers are amazing and life saving. Also the cold weather will dehydrate you and the dogs without your realizing it so try to pack plenty of liquids.

Since the wolves came it seems the cats here are alot grittier, hang out in the worst places and sometimes more aggressive with the dogs..especially females. Not everytime but more than used to..Our vet has noticed an increase in hound injuries over the last few years.

do you have lynx? Bobcat #s here seem to be slowing down..lack of food plus the prices for pelts the last few years have taken a toll I think. Quota numbers are down in our region. We finally got one (42 lb) Very exciting but not likely to occur again(that size)..but we'lll be happy with any size ...
