Ike said it best, as far as pumped getting in the way of planning. I've been planing for 3 years reading about hounds, hiking cat country, and so on. The last 2 years in a row I've been able to see cats just wearing out some boot leather. Might not sound like much but I'm vary happy seeing the cats ...

bawlmouth lol the things you posted are what i'm looking for! I like that kind of stuff, I like starting from scratch. 8 out of 10 guys told me to buy a started dog, but the other 2 are all I needed to hear lol. If I cant get it to work in a few years I will buy a started dog and start over and take ...

I'm finally ready to get into this! I'm looking for a pup (under a year) to get started. Anyone able to point me in the right direction? I've been bumming around this site for years and finally bought my country house to get some hounds. I want to start with one at a time and see how I do
