Do you have to be a member of a specific organization or can anyone show up? I would really enjoy going on a hunt and meeting other houndsmen. If it is opento everyone where is the meeting location?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me where there is land I would be able to run my dogs on. I have only been in Utah for a couple of years but my job keeps me out of town a lot. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
