Re: Ken Duncan (Dalton Creek Kennels)
To be honest I've been told the breeding on him but I don't remember. I do know that Ken thinks very highly of him and he is always in the lineup when they go bear hunting.

Re: Ken Duncan (Dalton Creek Kennels)
She for sure isn't lacking, they come down past her nose, I'd say average to slightly longer than average for the breed. Super fast learner and everything just came super natural for her. I am very pleased with her thus far. A little loose at the tree but she is still just a pup, I'm hoping that wil...

Re: Ken Duncan (Dalton Creek Kennels)
Btw, besides the 7 or 8 semen pups out of that litter, a pup from thunder will be the closest living dog you can get to the great two time Albert.

Re: Ken Duncan (Dalton Creek Kennels)
Thunders sire is two time Albert(semen pup), he was the top competition coondog of all breeds for a while, been dead for years and years. Thunder came to ken from gene hicks who owned two time Albert, gene got diagnosed with prostrate cancer and can't hunt like he used to. I have a thunder/jewel cro...

Re: Looking for gritty, bear bred redbone
I'd look on the UKC forum for nick redmonds cash dog he's under the big game hounds classifieds. He was out that way hunting that country with a friend of nicks not sure if he still is but if I was looking for a redbone stud for bear I wouldn't look anywhere else, maybe could get him while he's there

Re: Pup wants nothing to do with hide.
I have 2 dogs that do well on bear but don't give a rats behind about a drag and a matter fact if I turn them out on one will go looking for a real one instead. Have known several dogs that just don't care about running drags. Live game is the key to turn the switch on for a dog like that. Anything,...

Re: Need some red fox help
Winter has set in here, chickens are still free ranging during the day. Had all but forgotten about my furry friend, hadn't seen him in quite a while. Have a couple spots where the chickens were laying, and my 8 year old daughter went out to collect eggs and said there was some tracks in the snow go...

Kyle
Give me a holler later on this evening. I grew up close by and know some of the plotts.
