ya i have two males that are 6 one is crippled and is a house dog now and the other is our main dog.i also have one that just turned 2 that is a half brother to my older ones but he has some plott in him .they make great dogs even when they dont hunt anymore.i would like to find a good female to ...

Where at in ca are you at. Im also from CA,Monterey county,Carmel Valley,Big Sur area.I hunt open country but with alot of brushy canyons and big patches.They get use to it if there in it all the time.Keep at it.

you have to update them every so now and then,you download the softeware of the garmen website and then plug your handheld unit into the computer and it should work again.It also helps if you clear your tracks,they get full and it slows your trcker down
