Re: Nevada lion hunters

I tried sending you a PM but it says your account no longer exists and I'm not sure who you are in 'real life' to get ahold of you or know if I knew you from before, anyways if you see this get ahold of me.

Re: Az High desert

Wow I haven't been on here in forever, kind of a nice break from Facebook. I moved to the northern Arizona/southern Utah border in 2015 from north eastern California. The terrain within 40 miles of here varies from cactus type desert to high sagebrush desert, pinyon juniper, pine forest and big tree...

Re: New proposed AZ lion/bobcat law

Also I would love to see a group formed that can be the voice of Houndsmens interests in the state, whether it is it's own club (like California Houndsmen for conservation) or whether it is a part of a bigger club representing sportsmen in the state. Currently there is no legislative related hound c...

Re: New proposed AZ lion/bobcat law

The bill is still sitting in the first committee, unsure if it will be heard or not at this point but Farley had some talking points that are very familiar. Basically they (Farley + HSUS) will follow the model they laid down in CA. He has already said he will not proceed with the current language, i...

Re: UKC varmint/big game pups coming January

Litter number one was born and I almost lost the female and did lose all the pups, so that changes things quite a bit.

Re: UKC varmint/big game pups coming January

Litter number two was born January 8th. 4 males/4 females. I'm not sure what is available at this point, things got changed around on me losing the entire other litter. $...to be determined, I got hit with a 4,000 vet bill from the other litter, they'll be worth what you pay. $50 deposit holds your ...

Re: WOMEN VS HUNTING

Your now ex wife should team up with my ex husband, they sound like two peas in a pod. So mine showed up with a friend to bear hunt, he'd never seen a hound before, never killed a bear or bobcat, never rode a horse, but he got to do all that and then he thought he might kinda like it and living in t...

UKC varmint/big game pups coming January

Both females have been bred and hopefully will be having pups in January. I own both females, I do not own either of the studs. One litter will be able to be picked up in western Oregon and one litter (and eventually both litters) will be here in the southern Utah/northern Arizona area. Looking for ...

Re: Terrier hound cross

You know, good question, that's why I have one lol. I'm not sure there is but it sounded interesting and I'd like to see how he turns out. There used to be lots of hound x terriers hunting big game in the west, generally Airedale crosses back then, there used to be lots of shepherd crosses too. Why ...

Re: Reverting toward childhood

I would rather hunt coons in the day than any other time, nothing wrong with coon hunting at all, I just wish there were more places out here where I live now with coons, my days of hundreds of coons a year are over but I've found a few hidden gems out here.

I was hoping mine would end up about that big lol (Jag was sire on mine), of course jags are a bit bigger though.
