Need some advice
So got a question. My dogs have been zapped hard on a very fresh deer and they don't want anything at all to do with a deer. But there still running deer and my shock collar doesn't go far enough to "catch them in the act". And when I try to set them up they don't seem to run it. So any suggestions ...

I'm not a big reader more hands on learner. When those dogs are on a bear they run right with each other I just think this spot has so many dam coons running every which direction they get very confused I will watch my GPS and they will work one spot about 30 feet around back and forth they won't ...

O yes I saw the coon in the tree my black and tan was half way up the sucker trying to get him my plott was running around the general area barking and trying to tree it was so thick in there u could barely move. I ran them in a different spot and they both were barking at an ol house went in there ...

Hey so I have been on this sight talking about mtn lions but I just moved to eastern mt and has a spot with a ton of coons. Took the dogs out last night and got one in a tree and one in an old house. And by the ozhound I do have lion hounds that's what there bred for and that's what I'm training them for so yes they are lion dogs to me and there the best in my opinion so let's not try to cause problems.

Well its not rubbish its a question. If u can't answer the question that's fine if u can great. There's coyotes everywhere but haven't seen any. And OK sounds good well if I get on a track guess I'll let them rip

Red fox is what's out here and there's a ton but is it going to teach them bad habits. And I'm not worried about fox when I run lions. Will them running fox help them or hurt them

Just moved to eastern Montana and there are a ton of fox. I have lion dogs. Would it hurt them to run fox. Fox doesn't tree so do they just go in a hole?

Well here's another adventure for ya. I was exercising my dogs because I was in eastern my this weekend and was driving up the Forrest service rd when a big Ol bear ran across the rd. I slammed on the breaks and tried to get my dogs undercontroll I yelled and screamed nope they weren't stopping off ...

Interesting. He starts good just doesn't finish worth a crap I'll just keep him on the box then one thing I haven't done with him that I might try tell me if I'm wrong is let a caged coon go just him by himself give the coon a min and let him go. If thats not a good idea tell me. Or I can just leave ...

OK I'll stop trying so hard with him thanks I wish I could post some pics. Now should I leave him tied up for awhile or let him run with the other dogs when I exersise them and just let them run off or should I keep him tied up on the box

It was a deer trail or a coon highway. My black and tan has a really good cold nosed so she opened first just like she always has and then the plott they both went quiet for a bit and both started treeing.
