This is from the book "The Ben Lilly Legend"
I think there are plenty of better options at this point. The show world takes its toll on the best of them.

Re: Terrier hound cross
The terrier was a bigger dog. About 25 lbs. And the dam was the hound. She runs about 50 lbs. She's full hound just mixed. Plott, redbone, walker, bluetick, and bnt.

Re: Metaline falls, WA
We will see. Its cheaper not to move, and I have a few options down here as well. But if I have to head up there Im looking at living in ID. In NV you have to travel to hunt and work, so Im used to the driving. A couple hundred miles to the mine isnt too bad. Thanks for the input.

Cant hunt cats. Im guessing you cant hunt the wolves. And by the sounds of it the coons arent really that thick like they are on the coast... I better start making phone calls because that sounds like hell...

Re: Metaline falls, WA
I just finished up backstopping and breasting down off of some timbered raises at Midas. I would like to stay away from the mechanized mines but it is slim pickings out there right now. I fought fire for the blm for a year. I'm sure your gig with the forest service would be a blast. No pun intended.

Metaline falls, WA
Looking at tramping up there to work for Tech. Wondering if anyone runs up there and what the pros and cons are. What can you run? How are the wolves? How is the access? Thanks for any info.

Yes. You still need a hunting license and tag.
