tracker maxima 5000 complete upgrade

i heard from somebody that you can up grade the 5000 to a 7000 meaning that you can also track 221. and 222 MHz ( HAM ) frequencys. has anybody else heard this and does anybody know anything about it.

i feed sonys pride when its hunting season and showtime kennel in the off season. i feed right befor dark if i can most of the time its after dark when i get home though. i feel like if i feed them kinda late then when i hunt them it will be kinda late in the day before they really get hungry.

yea that is how i check my coyote traps but i just tie the string straight to the magnet. it works really well cause you have to keep as much sent out of the area, where your trap is, as possible. so all i do when i get home to check it is flip on the tracking box. hehe.

i have a blazer light. but i have to hold the cord just right for it to work. but it lasts a long time. you can turn it down for walking and turn it up for spotting. i just hate carrying that big thang around and that cord getting hung on everything. but it should get you through a night of hunting ...
