Re: How much more is there?
I believe it is a simple answer and over analyized. First thing you have to do is be completely honest with your critique of the dogs you run with or you will get nowhere. If you are content with your pack dont bitch and complain when when your running 2nd Ask yourself, whose dogs are always there ...

Grizzly Bear with dogs

Re: Garmin Astro Review
In one of the recent post someone said they updated the Astro 220 and the dog collar. I am aware of the updates for the GPS but I do not see listed anywhere about the DC 30 collar. Is it possible to update the software of the collar as well? And what cord are you supposed to have?

Re: Garmin Astro Review
The GPS requires a SMA end on the antenna. I have also bought SMA/BNC adapters so you can attach the telescopic antenna direct to the GPS. But There are telescopic long range antenna's available with the SMA ends so you dont need the adapter, which I prefer.

I have had issues when adding dogs before you dump and what happens is that if there is a collar interfernece ...

Re: The lancasters
The late Cam Lancaster was a good friend of mine. Both him and bart have great dogs. I say Cam's pack had it going on a lot better as he was getting away from the Majestic's and developing a line that could really stick a bear all day, day after day. That being said Bart has some pretty damn good ...

Grizzly and Black Bears with dogs
Have you ever wondered if your dogs have what it takes to run a Grizzly bear? The mis conception is that once you dump its just a matter time before the bear turns and kills your dogs. I have run more 5' Black Bear sows that are lightning fast and far more dangerous than a grizzly bear. The only ...
