Re: A Huge Thank you! any Ideas??
A few different amounts of in store credit would be awesome. That way who ever got drawn would sure to be happy with what they get. Like one person might get drawn for $20, and the next draw $50, The next $100. Something like that. The more times someone has a chance to be drawn maximizes the fun ...

Re: Rock piles and cats
I had one dog that would come to a rock pile and just start treeing. After a couple of times of walking her around the pile to cut the track coming out she caught on and started going around by herself. Would be hard to correct one that went through the pile as you would have to be there at the same ...

Re: Idaho Bear hunting
I have been finding a lot of bears in roadless areas. They all seem to be big this year. I haven't seen anything under 250 lbs.

Re: GOTTA LUVE TEXAS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow imagine that, the biggest oil fields in the us is growing the economy. What a thorn in Obama's side! If that seems to work, than how can he justify spending ALL OF OUR MONEY exploring clean energy? Just seems like we should go ahead and do what has proven to work time and time again!

Re: smoker recipes and tricks
Look into the Luhr Jenson cook book that you get when you buy a big chief smoker. I think you can get just the cook book online. It has some amazing recipies in it. The mistake that I made was sharing the product. After that everyone wanted something smoked, which was kinda cool and I like to share ...

Re: New to here and got my first hound
Welcome, and nice looking hound. He doesnt look all that skinny in the pic, but if you need a dog to out a little I would feed him a good high performance dry food. Look at the ingrediants, you want the first ingrediant to be meat and bone meal. Then I would also feed a little canned dog food with ...

Re: Can you guess this lion
The head looks a little feminine to me but everything else looks like a tom. So I would guess a tom somewhere between 130 and 140. I will take a stab and say 137.

Re: How many have run one dog?
I ran the biggest lion that I ever ran with my smallest dog. Not intentionally though. I released 2 dogs but 1 not having any experiance and being a tough blown in track, the pup quickly fell out of the race. All turned out well though. She caught it in a rock pile and didnt have enough sense to ...

I would really take my time and thorougly work a spiral out of the kill until I found the final exit track or the cat laid up.

Re: Heart
just fry it up with salt, pepper and sliced onions. Lots of onions! Best if served with fried potatoes. Slice the liver into managable sized pieces for easy and thorough cooking. Tastes a lot like waterfoul.
