Isn't it great when rules and regulations are so ambiguously written that even the authorities do not know how to interpret them!
Think that's "ambiguous" you should try to decipher the Wolf trapping regs.
Does it fall under big game regs or fur bearer regs was never really answered when I took ...

Wolves and P-Pines here in the Clearwater country in Idaho.
I stay down in the river drainage's and just hunt Bobcat, but the guys that run Bear and Lion up in the high country sure take a big chance with the Wolves.
I'm to old to be chasing anything up in the timber anyways, but it's a real ...

Re: Project for my work
Great thread!
I'm not as hard core as most here, but of the things I love most in life, nice Firearms, good Hunting Dogs, and Toyota PU's are certainly in the top few.
Not much of a pic, but here's my 02 with 118,000 on a camping trip up in the Selway.

TriTronics Trash Breaker
This is my third and best TT yet.
I've got a hard headed ol dog that I thought was imune to electricity untill I got the TrashBreaker.
I now shock him once a year and he's good untill next season. LOL
There's some good deals out there, but I've had the best luck dealing ...

Thanks Dan
Truth is, the real "Cherry" for me is still being able to get out and catch a little game once in a while.
Course, a little fur money now and then's nice too.

Listen to George,,, He obviously's been there.
I'm on my third Toyota. My last one, a 92 RegCab 22R went 235,000 with just a Radiator change. My current 02 ex-cab V6 has 115,000. Only thing I've changed is the battery and two sets of wiper blades. I expect it to go 200,000 easily.

lil more dangerous then a bolt gun since it doesnt have a saftey and you must lower the hammer but i have never slipped or had an accidental discharge.
I'm not sure I agree with that, but I dang sure won't ague with ya about anything Henry.

Henry 22LR carbine.
Tube feed holds plenty of shells, lever action's as safe as a bolt gun, fast and fun to shoot, and who doesn't like lever guns?
Henry's levers are the smoothest you'll find, very accurate, their CS is head and shoulders above all their competators, and they're US made.

I agree the versatile European hunting breeds are something we typically don't use to its full extent in the US.
Well said.
I amost drove to Utah last spring to pick up a nice little Jag/Airdale cross that I thought might compliment my little pack, but eventually talked myself out of it.

Thanks for posting that.
I'm a big fan of the versatile German breeds.
Spent allot of time trying to explain the strict disciplin and natural all around hunting ability that the the real European "Versatile Hunting Dog" trials require, but it usually falls on deaf ears..
