Tater

This is a recent pick of my Majestic Hound "Tater" (Ritchie's Salty Tater Skin). He's five years old. He is Saltlick bred and was just at the vet where he weighed 111 pounds. He is a brute. He is pretty good on coon, but early on I had a problem with him chasing deer (I'm not convinced he wouldn't ...

Re: my visit to SLK

I have been to Steve's place a ton of times. I get amped up coming down the drive just to see the pack come rolling down the lane. Every now and then I try to sneak one on the back of my truck! Hah!

Some old pics of Tater.

Moving some pictures to a new computer and came across some photos of the Tater (and Tess) that I thought I would post....

He's a real good boy...not perfect (and I've cussed him enough that's for sure)...but he is real solid.

A pup like that might look awful nice next to Tater....

Steve, that is an awesome looking pup you got there. I need to get over there and check out the pack. I know I keep saying it, but things just keep coming up.

40 Ft... 16 weeks old. WOW that must be that old treeing bloodhound blood from back in 49. Huh Steve? Good Job!

This forum is for folks who want to talk ...

I have been hunting with Chopper and he is super. I have been around Maggie training and what Steve has been able to do with her is awesome.

This should be a super fine litter of pups.

Truly moving story (verified)

In 1986, Mkele Mbembe was on holiday in Kenya after graduating from Northwestern University.

On a hike through the bush, he came across a young bull elephant standing with one leg raised in the air. The elephant seemed distressed, so Mbembe approached it very carefully.

He got down on one ...
