Thanks in the north of the country the dingoes take care of them but in the south the dingos were killed off because they like sheep even more than foxes.

Red Fox live in dens All year round we hunt them with sighthounds and terriers most of the time. Some use gun dogs like GWP. or wiemaraner some use beagles and drive them to gun. we even have several mounted packs of foxhounds. but over here its all about kill a feral pest that shouldn't be here. an...

every dog has a nose even a greyhound the inclination to use it is the thing that varies. We used to use an english bull terrier a long time ago to find foxes. when he realised what he could do when he found one in a wind fall he worked his nose just fine.

heeler cross are common here in Australia mostly as pig dogs EBTx cattle , cattle x boxer are very common. The best dog we have in our pack at the moment is 1/4 airedale 3/4 staghound he is one smart hunter and will hunt like cur dogs do. we hunt red fox and he finds and catches a lot of them.

Sorry just found this Hillbilly yes I hunt with greyhound xes stags are better than greyhounds for close country but all sight hounds need to be bought up to close country as an uneducated dog will kill its self on the first obstacle.
