Taste of the Wild- High Prairie (32/18)....So far so good! Used to feed them Timberwolf but felt that the ingredients in TW weren't consistetent. We get a discount due to volume.

Thanks for the welcome! In answer to Waylon, they track, flush and catch. If you know the Dogo Argentino style then that's the most similar. They don't bay boar in general. As in every breed some examples are better than others. In Spain, they sometimes hunt with Alanos to catch after Podencos ...

Given that the pups are on the way, it's not like you have any work sourcing dogs or planning a cross.....Take a pup and give it a try. No dog comes with a concrete guarantee, just likliehood. Liver shunt is a real problem in IW's and I'd favour Scottish Deerhound over them anyday (I have a friend ...

Rebel Yell from Woods of North East

Dug-in here in New Hampshire with my pack of Alanos Españoles. There are a few folks up here who run Plott's out on Black Bear but we are out after boar only. Happy Huntin'!
