Re: NEW MEXICO HOUNDMENS

I agree with Mike I believe a spring Bear hunt would sure help.... seems like the bears this year are moving right on through down to the ranches and starting to work on the calfs. The USDA guy has already been up and snared one bear off of a calf and was working on some more. As far as running ...

Re: CALIFORNIA; WOLF IN LASSEN COUNTY

I am not arguing the fact that the wolf did or did not make it all the way south on its own locomotion, but one does have to think back to the famed case of the planting of Lynx hairs in oregon a while back.... just something to think of. Re: CALIFORNIA; WOLF IN LASSEN COUNTY

These recent quotes from D.F.G. are very conflicting to those just a week or so ago; the P.R. officials from that once great department said that there was no plan nor an intention to have a plan for re introduction of the wolf into California. And now what I am seeing today is that there is a ...

Re: Dog control zones in california

If I remember right it was created under the guise of protecting newborn deer fawns. The sad thing is that there were some doggers out running bears in the summer and killing them, thats when we lost the right to train/ exercise our dogs in the portion of Lassen co. west of 395.

Re: any rules or regulations about dogbox size or hight in c

My profiling comment refers to the fact that it is pretty much a given that you can be pulled over in the woods just because it appears that you MAY be in the act of hunting, that is the all the PC needed.
