i have been feeding my dogs wild pork since i started running hogs about ten years ago. after every hog, the dog that found it gets the heart. then i trow chunks while boning it out. imo it has nothing to do with how they hunt. just a reward after a job well done. unlike other guys here my hounds do...

Good deal Boardog, those intense situations is one of the reason I do this and the main is good dog work. Thats a good hog, putting big fellas behind a hog like that make the hog look smaller than it really is, I get it all the time in my pics especially when its a good one, Im 6'5" 320lbs so ...

the majority of the hogs i take are fed to the dogs. always raw.. never had a worm issue. not that i think there is something wrong or bad with cooking it.....im just not going to cook them dinner. ill give the heart to the dog that found the hog and while im gutting and skinning i always toss chunk...
