I am looking for someone to move to Texas that has hound experience. If your interested I can email you some specifics.
Not to get anyone worked up, but I would not recommend going to a school. Find an outfitter willing to train you the best training is on the job training. I have had about 5-6 guys ...

I take close to that many bobcat as well per year in Texas a big majority of them I call, but thats not saying you couldn't do it with dogs. South Texas is unreal I love it. In the past 10 years I have hunted many of the same ranches and I don't think I even put a dent in their numbers. You don't ...

Down here in Texas you can hunt lion bobcat and coyote year round day and night. There is no quotas you can kill as many as you want I believe Texas is the only state like this state wide. I predator call year round and run my dogs year round. Some of the hotter months can be good its easier to find ...

I have had the 6 dog unit for about 5 months now and I highly recommend it
it has changed everything I do (made life a lot easier) . When those collars go on they know its time for business and it didn't take long for me to see a difference.

Does anyone use an invisible fence?

Will it work for hounds? I have some dogs in kennels on dirt and my escape artists (I have 2) I keep on chains now. With all this rain we have gotten here in Texas in the past 6 months I have had a lot of problems. I've had to move them and the pens several times to get them out of the mud. I had ...

I have thought about it. New Mexico has quite a bit of public land, but I am not up to date on their rules and regulations for out of state hunting with hounds. I had asked one of my guides last year to look into the laws for NM and nothing ever got done. I would be interested and it really isn't ...
