ear wounds/ tore ear
what do you guys and gals do for a tore ear, my males decided to find a new pecking order and in the process ones ear got about a 2 inch tear. it's not bleeding to bad so my thought was to clean it good and apply some bactine and newsprint. what else would you guys do if anything. thanks

Re: Best state for cat hunting?
the hunting is only going to be as good as you make it. if your looking for alot of cougars then search out a spot for such. if your looking for alot of bobcats again look for such a place. but if your like me and just enjoy the sport and will take what ever tracks are given just to hear the dogs th...

Re: turning loose on a wounded lion?
thats my opinion i would probably do it with the dogs if i was the one who shot it or was atleast there when it was shot, but i dont care to kill them so i just tree and leave to grow bigger. thanks just wanted someone to confirm my thoughts. he thinks i am crazy for not wanting to turn my dogs loos...

Re: !!!!!!! hound club for lincoln county !!!!!!!!!!!
if its an offical ukc club then dogs earn points towards titles which i know dont mean shit to us big game hunters but if you guys performance register your dogs you get paid from your dogs offspring that win.for instance say you breed your dog and some one goes to a ukc event and wins you get paid ...

ways to teach dogs hunt/tree/rig
just kinda curious as to the different ways people are teaching there dogs to do things. My girlfriend has been watching my dogs as i am away at work, and she is playing with a pup of mine teaching him to trail using a coonhide and hot dogs. she has been laying a very simple drag down by the creek t...

Re: !!!!!!! hound club for lincoln county !!!!!!!!!!!
To just clarify my post. I have the paper work and it states that any form of natural scent like grawes training scent applied to a leather drag and layed in a natural manner will result in ukc points the same as nite hunts and also my family has a ranch n. Of cut bank that has tons of coon. Just do...
