The point i was getting at is i have heard so many times from people "the cat population is down" but there are other guys catching the shit out of em in the same areas. Are there dogs that find cats where other dogs cant? Are there hunters that can find cats where other hunters cant? Fro...

i have only followed bobcat tracks in the snow here in maine .it is really neat to see what a bobcat does by following them in the snow. it also really opened my eyes to what it takes for a dog to cold trail here .especially them working an older track up just to the jump let alone the catch .good c...

when i was a kid i had cute little bunnys or so i thought until one day i saw one male bunny tear the nads off the other.hounds can be aholes as well.if you can keep your hounds together ,and it works more power to ya.i just do what works for me personally.there is no set way to keep hounds .do what...

she is still young ,most pups instinct is to chase by sight initially,and something being dragged away from them is less of a threat then something sitting idle.

if i was gonna look at the long haul i would try to live along the border close to more than one good hound hunting state .that way there are more opportunities ,and if the antis close one down you will have the other to fall back on.
