Done, these vermin have really been raisin heck these last few years around these parts. Nobody should be expected to relocate their hunting area they have used for generations because some beaurocrat thinks it's so nice to have these killers running amok
These were the wolves native habitat long ...

Re: Dalmatians??
all show fancy assertions to the contrary, the dal was about 95% made by brits mostly from english pointers. in the 70s & early 80s they had more pointer bred in under the table to try to eliminate PRA (an eye disease) because the AKC wouldn't let them do it openly like they let the Irish setter ...

Dalmatians??
The other day this people a street over were having Dalmatian pups. I rarely ever see them so i asked a few questions. What are they used for? They said they are good guard dogs and said that some people use them for hunting boars in Europe and hog here in the US. Kinda surprised me. Does anyone ...

Re: how you like your b&ts
B&t are great dogs. I don't have one, but my dad does and they were very gritty, very good trackers, and at times very fast. To be honest any of the b&t, redbone, bluetick, treeing walker, plott are all top notch hounds.

Re: Dogs killed by bear?
Two wrongs does not make a right. If a stray dog shows up (and has collars on) you should have tied that dog up way out of the way instead of letting a fight occur. Your BnT is no better than that plott. And I would have worked him over just the same. Sooner or later one of your other males might ...

Re: Dogs killed by bear?
When i was hunting with my dad a while back his dogs treed and a rogue plott came from another pack about 1/2 mile away and wouldn't stop fighting my dads dogs. Once the plott when to sniff one of the female redbones, my dads b&t male turned around and ripped the plott to shreds until the owner ...

Re: Plotts downfalls running coyotes?
CkZona, I hope you didnt get the impression that my post meant anything about keeping up to coyotes,or catching them, just that they can do a good job of running them, and that they are not too slow to be used effectively on coyotes the way that some view the the plott breed on the whole.
