Colorado bobcat hunting ground
Hello. I might plan a trip to Colorado to bobcat hunt this winter. Are there any areas of public land with good road access that has a good bobcat population? Anything on the eastern half of the state? I live 20 hours away so I wouldn’t be putting a hurting on anyone’s bobcats. I just want to run ...

I'd like to trap or shoot a wolf. Does anyone do wolf trapping trips or anyone that would do one that knows how to trap wolves?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Red dot for night time predator hunting?
I'm thinking about putting a red dot on my shotgun for night time predator hunting. Does anyone do this? Sometimes at 40-50 yards I have a hard time seeing my bead. I feel I can just put the dot on its eyes and game over. I'm just not sure how a red dot and a red light will work together? Any info ...

Coyotes in snow?
Whenever coyotes come to my tracks in the snow, they turn away. When the snow gets deep, they travel down roads here more than usual. I was thinking about making piss posts along the back roads they travel on so I don't have to make tracks. Anyone do this?

Tips for fishers?
Does anyone pre bait cubbies for fishers? Does it work or don't they return to bait? What bait works best? I don't know much about fishers. This will be my first year trying. We only have a five day season so my window is very short. Any tips at all are much appreciated.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Black Hills Wy?
I have waited for good snow forever. And when it snows.. It snows either way too much, or it melts in two days. It takes me two days to drive out. I'm in a pretty rough spot where I live. I figured I'd try dry ground. My dogs rig and road. It's worth a shot to me. I'll try my best.

Re: What stinks more?.. Lion or coon?
Thanks for the replies guys! Thanks for all the info, it will help me quite a bit. I will be rigging, roading, and hiking. Do you hunt all day or call it quits late morning? We have a lot more moisture here. I don't know much about scent in the dry ground compared to here other than this ...

Re: What stinks more?.. Lion or coon?
Mike, I should have been more specific. I meant lions. We have lots of coon here. I do not know much about lions though. This fall will be my second trip to hunt them. Did some cold trailing my first trip but that was it.
