i bet a nasty ole lion stinks just as bad as a bear. the differance is once a lions jumped he aint goin no further than a quarter mile. a bear race might last all day and night with some griity dogs. and if your dog cant wind a lion at 50 feet there is a problem i dont care what your conditions are

My suggestion would be to lace your boots up and run with your dog. Without a lead dog your gonna have to take the spot. These guys that say you need a special kind of dog are full of it.
