Any of you guys ever tried this or run this now?

What date does Plott days start here in S.C.

Since I have been Hunting I have noticed there are two types of hunters. One cuts the dogs loose and just sits there and waits until they hear the bay. The other cuts the dog loose and tries to stay somewhat close to their dogs. I was wondering if that has any bearing on the original question?

I appreciate the advice. For some reason lately, we havent been able to stop the hogs. The bay dogs often get into a group of hogs and split up or by the time we get to the bay it gets busted. How many of you drop your bulldogs at the same time you drop your curs or hounds and let them run along with them. I have been thinking about doing this since the last couple hogs we have gotten on we have never seen or we catch them miles away.

Anyone have baydogs for sell? Looking for young dogs I can work myself. I do not want somebody's trash.

Is it typical for them to screw up your hunting? We dropped abt 4 dogs and they got on a group of shoalts and we could never focus on one hog. We were split in all kinds of directions. We hunt in some pretty thick stuff; just wondering if any of you may have experienced this before.

I am from Winnsboro S.C; which located right above Columbia. I have a good Plott male but I would like to take a little distance out of him (had some long nights with him). He is silent on track so hopefully when I breed him that will carry on.
