I bought a used dc50 that I think may be locked. Is there a way to unlock it change pin? I can track it but that's about all if I try to do anything else just keeps telling me there's a problem connecting to collar. Everything is updated with latest updates

I just got a used dc50 had to many sly add it to my 320 as my 320 wouldn't pick it up. My 320 has all the newest updates but after I entered the dc50 in manually it tracks it but I can't chànge any settings or do anything but track it??? Please help

I got one going the same thing. Would like to know what's doing this. Works fine for while then looses gps signal. I shocked my dog and messed her up for while on coming back because it said she was running all over and she was actually under brush pile laying down when I got to her 2 hours later.

i used cement pavers in the kennel its like fine sand paper and it is also easy to clean. seemed to work for me.

i'd just send back to garmin them self. i have had good luck getting stuff back the week after sending it in.

i use the diamond athletic and my hounds look nice in couple days they only get 3 cups of if a day. like 35 bucks a bag here in vt but works great.
