well if you are going to get into this you must realize that we don't all have the same expectations from a hound . a lot of us are plum critical of a dogs performance and expect more than others . like the old saying goes one man's trash is another man's treasure .

I had one from whitedeer here in texas that I used on hogs . good dog with plenty of bottom and grit . a lot of them are running in texas on hogs with great results .

like suggested the leopard cur would suit you real well . only thing wrong with the black mouth is the nose power and a lot tend to be on the silent side . but if you are looking for that in a dog they would work just fine .

yep buddy has them and I recommend them to all beginners , spring coming summer fire up that lawn mower and get busy and earn enough to get both volumes I x II . that's how I got mine years ago .

lol it's the same all over . I gave up and hunt with my 32 cal muzzleloader now and found out that I prefer it over all others . I've got the little 32 cal deerhunter model from traditions , it's short , lite and accurate .
