Re: What's the difference between the astro 220 and 320
If you dont have e-collars yet look hard at the alpha, if you do the 320 has orange trim and the 220 doesn't.

Re: rigging from hood
Any thoughts? Would a harness be better than a collar?

Re: What age to start barking at game
I got a bluetick dog it took him a few caged coon before he would bark and not just act totally scared of them. Now he's coon crazy and wants to hunt all the time. Sometimes it just takes a couple tries. Try to get with someone who has a dog that'll bark to help them if ya can. Good Luck and have fun.

rigging from hood
When you guys rig your dogs from the hood where do ya mount an eye bolt to tie the dogs?
I'm planning on riggin 2 dogs thinking 1 eye bolt with 2 chains about 1.5 foot long centered in the middle of the hood am I on the right track?

Definitely.. I called looking at a tri-tronics bark collar he suggested the dogtra which was less money said if I didn't like it I could send it back and trade for a tri-tronics. The dogtra is great by the way if anyone needs a good bark collar I would recommend it.

Re: Shocking System
I have a sportdog 3200 which isn't made anymore now it's the 3225, mine doesn't have the tone option. I would really recommend the tone option it would be handy for a number of things the the sportdog is a good one for a guy on a fixed income

Re: VETERICYN VF
Been using it on a dog that got a little sore from a bark collar and is healing up raqther well. My mom is a farrier and does a lot of work for local vets and she uses it on a ton of stuff seems to be a good product. I'm a believer anyway.
