Re: Kemmer Curs ??
I have a buddy who runs a Kemmer. He just had this dog given to him. He is one heck of a dog. He works livestock with him, great family pet his always just hanging around the house never on a leash. And when it comes time for hunting his a dang nice dog fast trailing super gritty little dog.

I would have to agree there sometimes you take them short easy races for granit kinda wishing that the race was longer. But when them all dayers happen you tend to remember how nice them 30 minute races are. Good job and nice pictures. Good luck getting the dogs back.

Re: Choice on tracking collars
I would agree on the garmins. Haven't used or heard alot about the other system. But garmins been around a long time and tested. I would go with whats been around and working, instead of something new and not much feedback on it yet.

Re: Anyone else have a crappy winter?
Conditions are indeed tougher than what we normally have this time of year. It is a great time to hike canyons and really work your dogs. Your catch rate might not be as high, but these conditions only make your dogs better.
Good luck,
I agree, It does alot of good for the dogs and the lion ...
