Re: casting out on a cat
Joe Montana was a QB in football!!!! I don't want position players in my pack all my dogs are expected to preform all duties that are needed to catch the desired game. I hear too many people talk about pack dog, strike dogs, tree dogs, and etc. Some dogs do things better than other things and thats ...

Re: Rig Cages on front bumper
I never used the cages but i've hood rigged curs for hogs alot we just use those grip strips. U can buy them at alot hardware stores. They have sticky backs so just stick'em on the hood and the dogs get plenty trackion. Now i would'nt want to put them on the "take momma up town truck" but we got ...

Re: Cur dog V.S. Bulldog
BIG difference in BAYIN and FINDIN. Findin a wild free roamin hog at 6 month is pretty impressive. Whoever throws an 8 week old puppy in pen with a 100lb hog is either tryin to sell dogs or prove something to himself. I hope i don't ever get so hard up i got to start pups that early so i can hunt. I ...

Re: What do you look for in a hog dog?
In my opinion stoppin a runnin hog by getting ahead of it would be nearly impossible thats why we all run silent dogs mabe a run down hog that has already been ran for several hours. Hogs can be stopped by a dog puttin teeth on that backside but that is even very tough in the thickets that hogs run ...

Re: cur dogs on Bear
I'd would venture to say that there aren't alot of all cur packs for bear out there. Depending on what type of cur your talking about. Your purebred Blackmouth Curs and Mountain curs and not going to start a 12 hour old bear. Hell they won't even start an hour old bear. It's either a hot track that ...

Re: trashing on armadillo
armadillos r thick here n okla and most dogs can't turn down the chase but i haven't ever had prob with my dogs trailin them its just usually a short quick chase and then it holes up and its over. if your dogs real gritty they'll usually end it before u can even scold them. i'd say a few corrections ...
