I think that's the point they want us to have to buy new stuff. I hear the new alpha's have a touch screen? GREAT!, what a pos idea in my opinion. So how many of you have tried to use your touch screen phones with gloves on? Works real well huh? This is really starting to grind me. Just ...

Um I must have missed something Dookie? Where are you pulling that info? You start yapping about turning folks in life gets pretty lonely. I'm not sure what the heck your talking about but as in most cases these days people would be a lot better off minding their own business.

Montana lion permit system failing?
Well gonna jump way out on a limb here. Ill get hung I know but it is what it is and thats jmho. I for one was all for this when it was introduced but now not so much. I see a thriving lion population for sure but maybe too much so. What I am seeing is a bunch of juveniles and pussycats and more and ...

Re: Too Cold?
Well I went out the last few days and caught critters but drew the line today. Turned loose on a bob from the night before and they had a rough go of it and eventually bumped a lion and treed that. I run my dogs all year and they are in good shape however cold burns them up quick. Too many things ...

Re: Communications with Hunting Partners
There is a outfit here in Mt called the antenna farm. The fella is a little brash but knows his stuff. I run Kenwood and love them. You should get that range with a portable unit easy. Take care to have them installed unless you are up on running antennas. You can look them up online. I find their ...

Re: Letting somebody else run your dog?
Wow, kinda sketchy subject if you ask me. Personally no way in hell will I loan out my dogs. Far too many things to happen. If you want to keep a friend a friend I recommend not loaning them your dogs. However maybe I care for my dogs too much? Not being sarcastic. Too much time and energy goes into ...

Re: Montana Lion Season Conflict
I can see your resentment. I empathizewith it. It is unfortunate that a small few ruin things for us all. I got a gut full when one of our own hounds men got our bear pursuit shut down. I hear there was more to it than I realize still its frustrating. I know its way off subject but maybe someone can ...

Re: Montana Lion Season Conflict
D, I was referring to the references you made to road hunters. Not too sure about you but I too use the road systems to find tracks so does that make me one of those idiot, drunken road hunters? Not trying to be an ass but you all are worried about conflict? Well that's a great way to start one ...

Re: Montana Lion Season Conflict
Wasn't gonna say much here however...after reading I will. I agree with some of the folks but I guess in my opinion it is foolish to think that this was a over site by fwp. dhostetler, I think comments like this are another way that arguments get started in the brush. I agree however that if there ...

Kenwood th-k20. I have had them for over a year now with no trouble period. They are military grade. Really good range ESP if you feet a hammer lic and use a repeater. Icom is another really popular brand with a very good rep. I cannot speak for reliability but hear good things.

No this is not true I know the post is older but I ran across it and thought I mite clear things up a little. They bred dogs together before they had a falling out. To say that they are Duncan bred would be inaccurate to say the least. Calvin POLL is on facebook and can give you the rundown on the ...

Ok feelin a bit ignorant here who or what the heck is sfw?. MOGA? Montana outfitters ? There always seems to be a point or another view that I fail to see dhostetler. Thanks for another one. However given the discription that you gave of how decisions are made for us it seems to be lacking somewhat ...
