If you have some young dogs that will run bear, they will strike bear. If you have enough bear where you hunt, just drive around and don't turn them loose unless you see a track, and then make sure you get them going the right way, as in set them off the box and physically point them the right way ...

Fast bear dogs are fast bear dogs. I have seen them with all different builds. Its all about heart and desire. Great bear dogs are not made, the are born all we do is take them hunting.
