Re: academic-infanticide in population management

Yes it appears questionable to say the least. as it took them stretching 53 citations to make a "point" that included statements like. "decline in overall leopard numbers". classing leopards and cougars in the same infanticide class as the African lion proves a agenda as the only...

Re: puppy Q?

I'm sure I'm missing the question but here goes. a new puppy is cute and has all your hopes riding on his future. so the kids play with them all the time, which teaches them a lot from, how to interact with people and understanding the "rules". i on the other hand am trying to keep him/her...

Re: Tracking collar or GPS for you saddle animal

i carry water for my hounds, in my saddle bags . so the hounds are usually pretty interested in helping find them after a hard day. probably wouldn't work as well in areas with water. i also keep my horses and hounds in the same pens.i can't load one up with out the other raisin hell. they appreciat...

Re: How do you sedate your dogs?

you might try meeting some team ropers in some cases vet's will let them get "ace" a little easier. lidocaine is easey to get in mexico, as is ace they have it a little easier there then we do. if you know anyone that travels south ask them to bring you a souvenier

Re: quite similar

i've only ever caught one coyote and i'm not sure he didn't want to be caught. i had three males and female hound out trailing off a deer kill and this male coyote started heckling them from a distance and one dog couldn't handle the teaseing and kept chargeing him and i'd hollar him back and the co...
