Re: wondering if f&t rig boxes were good boxes
Bought mine in 2010, still using it. It's been used and abused. Hasn't held up the best, I like it. Honestly a strong built aluminum box is better in my opinion of spending that type of money.

Re: I have a question
I carry a pair of dikes or leatherman most of the time for snares, body grips over a 280 are illegal on ground besides water but I do keep a tight eye for them non the less. The rope idea I would like to see however if you'd make a YouTube video of it.

Re: Rigging Topic
Ok Darin I am not saying this will work but here are ideas I've been presented by others for these conditions. If you hunt the same area enough you should know the crossings. Rig everywhere but these crossing. Road thru them instead. I haven't had much luck but it seems to be the most productive met...

Re: Random Acts
Yes me and the young man worked out a deal. I will be honest the young man paid 100 dollars of his own hard money which was donated to OUSDA. That was my original intent from the beginning of going down there with the pup.

Rigging Topic
I started a new post as to avoid conflict with the original post this topic started that got off topic. Merlo I think a lot of focus of cold nose is focused on the type and conditions of the snow. More east you go more variations of snow you can have. Im 100% believer that you can rig cats in snow c...

Nick I have several spots where I just drive to, to listen to the race because I know where it'll end at. Rocks or tree.

To control coyote populations researchers have found you must take 80% of the population for a period of 10 years to make significant changes due to how Mother Nature influences litter size.

Vet payment options
I just forgot about this til now. If you get the need to visit a vet and can't pay for it in full at the time. Look into a option called Care Credit. I haven't needed to use it but I thought I'd put that out there for folks to know about. A lot of vets will accept it. You can get 0 interest if you c...

Re: Rodney and Thomas
Rose, JC and I hunted 20 to 21 hours id say. Of that only like 2 or 3 hours was rigging the rest was roading and walk hunting. Thanks for the kind words. She was tired by the end of it, went to the local bar and grill and bought her own meal. I normally don't do that but for the effort she put out I...
