Re: Astro auto zoom out?
Bruce, Give the shop a call tomorrow, I'll be out of the office but Matt can walk you through the settings again to help get it fixed. Re: Latest Alpha update changed my training page???
Cody, Just get your collars turned on and it should correct. Right now your handheld doesn't know if you have TT10's or TT15's or T5's after the Update so they default to the tvl which is the safest choice. Once you turn on all your collars the Alpha will figure out you have TT10's and they should g...

Re: Astro auto zoom out?
The GPS can have bounce just like the telementry. It doesn't happend very often but it can make a collar have some GPS error. I see this a couple times each year. I would turn the collar off and back on to see if that corrects the issue. If it's happening more than a few times I would update the sof...

Re: dusupply.com malware
Yes thank you! We are definitely working on it. It appears that it's been hacked or at least had an attempt to be hacked. We were on top of it this afternoon and have stopped it from compromising the site or any visitors. From what we can tell it's in the cache files now and we are working with Goog...

PM's are not the best way to get a hold of me. call the shop and leave a message if you really need something. 1/2 the time when I check PM's it's late on on my phone and I h...

Re: Alpha
Garmin has been fixing these issues since the beginning. It has gotten much better now with the new software. Like I said the steps above will help keep the memory from getting filled up, that is when I see most of the issues arise is the Track log is completely full. We have allot of customers with...

Re: 2015 National Hound Association Summit.
Bearsnva,
Thanks, I just emailed Dave also! I think it's going to be a really good showing. we are seeing allot of positive feed back on this and getting most of the states to commit to sending a rep.
We are working on the pamphlet now.
