If u have plenty of Greys and don't have dogs that are really looking for them u can call em in pretty easy and turn on them untel u get your dogs clicken .i jump most of them out a time or two it helps to get yor dogs locating and treeing better most of these running dogs are man made tree dogs

I have called a few in and trailed till jumped have gave ne slip more than caught. But they really dig um. I dont have any running dogs. There are a few foxes around here , just need to finish more of them and let them have a few.

Well it really depends on the style of cat dog your hunting in order to consistently catch Greys u need a dog that runs with his head up and doesn't go back to trailing when he makes a loose if u never fox hunted u would save your self a lot of time going hunting with some who had a good fox dog so u could see. If your cat dogs are running dogs that don't bark behind or out of place and they close the gap on a running track and don't continue trailing then u have the right stock. If u don't have an old dog to train one then u can call a few in and turn on em but really u need an old dog cause most dogs that never run fox need an experienced dog to show them the artistics of the race there tricky little critters in the right country well good luck to u hoped it helped
