Re: NEw cur pups
Both pups are doing great. One is a little more interested in trailing so far and the other seems to really like drifting a track. But have only done a one roll cage coon and a few hide drags with them some far. Basically been working on commands and being farm dogs so far. I’ve been really impressed with how quick they learn new things and the fact that once it’s learned you can move onto something else.definitely a big difference with a true cur than the hounds I’ve trained in the past. Couldn’t have asked for a better set of pups to be getting back into hunting with. I’ll try and post some pics and vids tomorrow. One of mine looks identical to your male.

Here’s the video I have from our roll cage day. Doc the b&t was all about it Django the Merle pup was growling but as you can see they’re still not too sure what to do at the time.videomp4950.3gp

Re: NEw cur pups
Pups are doing great finally able to get them on some tracks this weekend. They took the one bobcat track really well, it went through a mess of turkeys and chased a couple rabbits. After a few losses they were able to figure it out and trailed it for about 1000 yards through some deep deep snow and a creek bottom they lost it at the highway and this is were I was informed that I was not on the property that I thought I was suppose to be on so we called it a morning. But they did awesome.

He's doing great, growing like a weed. I'll post some updated photos of him in the next couple of days.

Not a lot yet, but I’m sure they will the more tracks they start seeing. They should be open trailers from what I’ve been told
