Looking for smoker recipes.
Looking for a few recipes to try on some deer or elk steaks in my smoker.

I have three thoughts?
Steak on lower shelf.
ABT, Fattie or pork butt over it.
Let the juices drip onto the steak.
ABT. Atomic Buffalo Turd.
Cut a jalapeno in half, remove seeds, fill with cream cheese, wrap with bacon, insert toothpick to hold together.
Fattie. Favorite pork sausage. Rubbed with favorite rub.
Pork butt. Rub and smoke.
Juices dripping on steaks will help keep moist and will add flavor.
And you will end up with extras.
