Grilled Camping Frittatas

Grilled Camping Frittatas

Servings: 3

6 eggs
1/3 cup milk
6 peppered bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
3 spicy sausage patties, cooked & crumbled
2 green onions
1/2 chopped green bell pepper
1/2 chopped red pepper
1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
Shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper

1. Prepare grill to medium indirect heat
2. Whisk together in a  bowl the eggs and milk. Pour mixture into 3 4-1/2 inch greased foil pie tins. Added desired toppings and season with salt and pepper
3. Place foil pans on the grill and cook covered for 20-25 minutes, or until eggs are completely set
4. Serve hot
