Does anybody here use wild berries much for cooking or preserving? Particularly elderberry, as the season is coming up and we have loads around us.
Interested to hear different uses.

alex : The wife and I still go out berry picking some Blues ,mostly rasberries . she Freezes quite a bit and cans or perserves the rest . Same out of our veggie garden . Not too many people do canning these days . Hard Work she gives quite a few away for Xmas Presents. The rest I certainly enjoy eating .
