Take and use a cake pan I use a glass one ( Old lady don't like fish ) Put enough butter in the pan to cover the bottom then take the fillets place them in the pan. add some garlic slices or powder in with the butter. Now place your fish in the pan, open them up and put garlic or garlic powder and lemon juice on them close and do the same on top. cover with tin foil and put in oven for around 12 minutes depending size and thickness I have the oven at 350. Enjoy finger licking good fall off the bone fish.
