The Beast in the Garden

Postby Big Horn Posse » Sun Apr 24, 2011 1:38 am

I have been reading this book that my game warden friend recommended and it is truly captivating. I think all houndsmen, hunters, and even treehuggers should read it. It is based on true events that happened in Boulder Colorado. It has so much information about lions and what happens if they are not managed properly. I am near finished with it and can't put it down. You've got to read it!

Read it a couple of years ago. Excellent book. After reading it, I stopped by the High School and walked up to the loctation of the attack. Pretty wierd knowing what happened there. I was told there is a memorial at the school, but I couldn't find it.
