F & T Canine Classic dog boxes

Postby jimmyd » Sat Oct 19, 2013 10:44 am

Has any body had experience with F&T"s dog boxes or houses? I am considering getting some of the dog houses and was looking for a little input. Thanks, Jimmy

Are you talking about alum. houses? A guy I know had them and if you have dogs that piss on their house, they corrode away in a matter of a couple yrs.

I have one. They're pretty nice. For the price they do very well. I have the 4 dog narrow box for my silverado 5.5 ft bed.

They're kind of awkward to take out by yourself. I've done it but don't prefer to. Putting it in by myself, I haven't tried that one. With help its easy but the 130 lb box is to wide to easily pick up.

I just bought one and got it on Monday. (2) people in our group these dog boxes and they are excellent. I just bought the insulated 4 dog box with no top storage and its great. Dogs can get their heads out easily and light weight. Dry weight is like 125lbs or something. Best box money can buy IMO. Never tried the houses.
