Dumb question

Not sure what I am missing here but how do you read a dog pedigree that is posted on this forum? It makes no sense to me. Maybe it’s just my phone but it comes up like

….. dog
…………dog
….dog
……………..dog
And so on. Can anyone explain how to read this?

Well it’s a sideways tree with males listed at the top of each pairing and the offspring listed at the conjunction of the branches and the eventual progeny as the trunk of all said branches in the center and offset

I get how a regular pedigree works but they all look like this on this forum. Not like a sideways tree.
