Hey guys I’m my area we have a lot of bears but I was curious as to what would be the best way to attract raccoons to the area I live in the hills we don’t have much flat area to hunt so I was just curious and this is the best way to ask.

Feed them. I’ve never done it but it is common practice.
If you go to YouTube and search “racoon feeders” there are many designs, many videos.
