dc 40 help please

I have a dc 40 that quit tracking the red light does not blink like the other collars it is one slow flash and one fast one. I deleted it off my garmin and now it wont let me add it back on help please

It some thing with the software or the gps module. Some times we can swap out the gps chip and reload the software but most of the time it has to go back to Garmin for replacement
