Astro Or Alpha?

if im using them on the same dog (2 Collars) Shouldn't they have about the same range? If theyre side by side and on same hound... Running tt15 and dc 30... On alpha 100 and astro 220 handhelds?

not necessarily, the collars can be emitting difference power outputs depending on vhf antenna as well as whether or not the computer on the collar is putting out optimal signal. also, based on the feedback i get from customers, the Alpha system tends to range a bit farther. shoot me a call if you have any specific questions 8553848687 -matt
